About this file

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to provide maintenance and repair services for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) on Peterson Space Force Base. The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the lowest price technically acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 Security Systems Services, with a $25M size standard. The period of performance is from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025, with four one-year option periods. Quotations are due by June 10, 2024 and must include a cover letter, technical approach, and pricing. The technical approach should address the contractor's processes and capabilities for performing preventative maintenance and corrective service calls. Price reasonableness will be evaluated based on the total evaluated price. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
