Q: Will the Program Manager (PM) need to conduct in-person meetings with the Contractor?

A: No, can be accomplished virtually.

Q: Can the Contractor perform the task from outside the USA?

A: Cloud hosting must take place within the USA, but can be accomplished outside of the USA in an approved country per FAR Part 25. Additionally, technical support must be available during USAFA Band hours of 8am – 5pm Mountain Time.

Q: Can Contractors submit proposals via email?

A: Yes

Q: Do you have a specific product or vendor you are looking for regarding this request?

A: We are looking for a proposal who can best meet the requirements defined in the PWS. We are not looking for a particular vendor or product, but one who can provide us a product that gives the best resolution for the USAF Band.

Q: Also this looks like maybe a CRM but I’m not sure. Can you please clarify?

A: Please clarify what CRM is so that I make sure I know what you are addressing. This specific contractor never responded identifying what CRM meant and the cutoff date for questions has now passed.
