STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
FIRSTNET ENABLED LAPTOPS
21 Security Forces Squadron
Logistics and Mobility
Peterson AFB, CO 80914
16 September 2019
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Contractor shall provide the 21st Security Forces Squadron, at Peterson Air Force Base Colorado Springs, CO, with Ten (10) FirstNet Ready laptops, Six (6) vehicle laptop mounts, and the installation of the Six (6) vehicle laptop mounts. Six (6) of the FirstNet Ready Laptops and vehicle laptop mounts will be placed in six (6) 21st Security Forces Squadron vehicles. The remaining Four (4) FirstNet Ready Laptops will be utilized at Three (3) Installation Gates and at the 21st Security Forces Squadron Base Defense Operation Center. The Contractor shall comply with commercial standards and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for maintaining these systems to ensure continuous, safe and reliable operations.
2. 2-IN-1 LAPTOPS. The Contractor shall provide Ten (10) 2-In-1, FirstNet Ready Ruggedized Laptops that are convertible from a Laptop to a Tablet. Six (6) of these laptops will be installed into the police cruisers listed in 4.1.2. of this Statement of Work.
2.1. SPECIFICATIONS. The Contractor shall provide equipment that meets the following specifications:

2.2. LAPTOP WARRANTY. Contractor shall provide Ten (10) 2-In-1 Laptops that come with industry standard warranty that covers parts and labor.
3. 2-IN-1 LAPTOP VEHICLE MOUNT. The Contractor shall provide Six (6) vehicle mounts for the 2-In-1 Laptops. The Contractor will ensure the vehicle mounts are compatible with the 2-In-1 Laptops that are being provided. The Contractor will ensure the vehicle mount is capable of being installed into the applicable vehicle. The Contractor will ensure that the vehicle mount is capable of being able to swivel on an axis. The Contractor will ensure that the vehicle mount is capable of being removed and re-installed in future vehicles as they are currently leased vehicles from the General Services Administration.
3.1. VEHICLE MOUNT ACCESSORIES. The Contractor shall provide the required Antenna Kit that is compatible with the purchased 2-In-1 Laptop to be installed in the vehicle. The Contractor shall provide the required Power Supply that is compatible with the purchased 2-In-1 Laptop to be installed in the vehicle. The Contractor shall provide all necessary components required to provide WiFi Internet capabilities to each vehicle, and ensure all WiFi components are installed in the vehicle.
4. 2-IN-1 LAPTOP VEHICLE MOUNT INSTALLATION. The Contractor shall install all Six (6) Laptop vehicle mounts, to include the required Antenna Kit, Power Supply and WiFi hubs to operate the 2-In-1 Laptop in the vehicle. The Contractor shall install the vehicle mount to the center console of the vehicle.
4.1. VEHICLE MOUNT INSTALLATION LOCATION. The installation of the laptop vehicle mounts must occur at Peterson Air Force Base, CO at Bldg. 656.
4.1.1. VEHICLE MOUNT INSTALLATION POINT OF CONTACT. The Contractor shall contact the following individual to set up installation date and time within seven
(7) to ten (10) business days prior to projected installation date.

4.1.2. VEHICLES THAT REQUIRE INSTALL. The following vehicles will require the Laptop vehicle mount to be installed in them:
4.1.2.1. Three (3) Ford Interceptors
4.1.2.2. Two (2) Dodge RAM 1500s
4.1.2.3. One (1) Chevy Colorado
