AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND (AFSPC) AIRSHOW DISPLAY SYSTEM
1.0 General: The contractor shall provide non-personal services to build a traveling AFSPC Airshow Display System and Storage/Shipping Containers In Accordance With (IAW) section
2.0 Requirements and all attachments.
2.0 Requirements:
2.1 Video Wall and Truss System with Storage/Shipping Container:
2.1.1 Video Wall:
Contractor shall provide 1 free-standing video wall consisting of:
Sturdy, lockable casters Max load 500 lbs.
2x2 flat screen display for 4 screens:
4 identical full color LED displays with at least 1080p resolution Non-glare coating Operating temperature 0-40 degrees Celsius (32-104 F) Operating time: at least 12 continuous hours/day Operating humidity up to 80% Input: HDMI (2), VGA, RGB, DVI, Stereo mini-jack, USB 2.0 (2) Output: Stereo mini-jack Built-in software for controlling brightness, auto-on/off timer Remote controls for each display 3-year warranty on parts/labor/backlight All necessary cables and controllers to create one image across all 4 screens Maximum bezel: 8mm (top/side) 10 mm (bottom) ENERGY STAR rated
Video wall shall fit within the inside diameter of the truss system identified in para 2.1.2 Color: Black
2.1.2 Truss System: Reference Video Wall Display Truss System in Attachment 2-AFSPC Conceptual Display. Contractor shall provide one 10’ x 10’ x 10’ outside diameter aluminum truss system for the video wall. Truss system shall be square with a brushed aluminum finish.
Truss system shall be easy to set up and break down by 1-2 people with minimum tools required and shall be able to withstand winds up to 20 mph without tipping.
2.1.3 Storage/Shipping Container: Contractor shall provide one commercial quality storage/ shipping container that allows all parts and pieces for the video wall, the video wall truss system, a carrying case that measures 27.5” x 54.5” x 13”, and a 10’ x 12’ rolled up rug to be stored in.
The shipping/storage container outside diameter shall be no bigger than 87”L x 48”W x 83.5”H.
The shipping container shall be built in a manner that will eliminate movement of the parts and pieces for the video wall and truss system that are stored inside the container.
2.2 Truss System with Shipping Container for Government Furnished TV and Stand:
2.2.1 Truss System: Reference Truss System for Government Furnished TV and Stand in Attachment 2-AFSPC Conceptual Display. Contractor shall provide one 10’ x 10’ x 10’ outside diameter aluminum truss system for the Government furnished TV and stand. Truss system shall be patterned to create an X in the center of the display. Truss system shall have a brushed aluminum finish. Truss system shall be easy to set up and break down by 1-2 people with minimum tools required and shall be able to withstand winds up to 20 mph without tipping.
2.2.2 Storage/Shipping Container: Contractor shall provide one commercial quality storage/ shipping container that allows all parts and pieces for the Government furnished TV, Government furnished TV stand, and the truss system to be stored in. The shipping/storage container outside diameter shall be no bigger than 87”L x 48”W x 83.5”H. The shipping container shall be built in a manner that will eliminate movement of the parts and pieces for the Government furnished TV, Government furnished TV stand, and the truss system that are stored inside the container.
2.3 GPS III Satellite and Truss System with Storage/Shipping Container:
2.3.1 GPS III Satellite: The contractor shall provide one GPS III satellite model. Please see Attachment 3-GPS III and Attachment 4-GPS GPS III for a model satellite image and dimensions. Model shall be constructed of plastic and be 1/48th scale from its original size.
Wingspan of satellite models shall be no less than 30” and no greater than 40”.
2.3.2 Truss System: Reference GPS III Satellite Truss System in Attachment 2-AFSPC Conceptual Display. The contractor shall provide one 10’ x 10’ x 10’ outside diameter aluminum truss system for the GPS III satellite to hang from. Truss system shall be patterned to create an X in the center of the display. Truss system shall have a brushed aluminum finish.
Truss system shall be easy to set up and break down by 1-2 people with minimum tools required and shall be able to withstand winds up to 20 mph without tipping.
2.3.3 Storage/Shipping Container: Contractor shall provide one commercial quality storage/ shipping container that allows all parts and pieces for the GPS III satellite and truss system to be stored in. The shipping/storage container outside diameter shall be no bigger than 87”L x 48”W x 83.5”H. The shipping container shall be built in a manner that will eliminate movement of the parts and pieces for the GPS III satellite and truss system that are stored inside the container.
2.4 SIBRS Satellite and Truss System with Storage/Shipping Container:
2.4.1 SIBRS Satellite: The contractor shall provide one SBIRS Satellite model. Please see Attachment 5-SIBRS Model and Attachment 6-sbirs model for images and dimensions. Model shall be constructed of plastic and be 1/48th scale from its original size. Wingspan of SIBRS model shall be no less than 30” and no greater than 40”.
2.4.2 Truss System: Reference SIBRS Satellite Truss System in Attachment 2-AFSPC Conceptual Display. The contractor shall provide one 10’ x 10’ x 10’ outside diameter aluminum truss system for the SBIRS Satellite model to hang from. Truss system shall be patterned to create an X in the center of the display. Truss system shall have a brushed aluminum finish. Truss system shall be easy to set up and break down by 1-2 people with minimum tools required and shall be able to withstand winds up to 20 mph without tipping.
2.4.3 Storage/Shipping Container: Contractor shall provide one commercial quality storage/ shipping container that allows all parts and pieces for the SBIRS satellite and truss system to be stored in. The shipping/storage container outside diameter shall be no bigger than 87”L x 48”W x 83.5”H. The shipping container shall be built in a manner that will eliminate movement of the parts and pieces for the SIBRS satellite and truss system that are stored inside the container.
2.5 Falcon 9-Atlas Rocket and Truss System with Storage/Shipping Container:
2.5.1 Falcon 9-Atlas Rocket: The contractor shall provide one Falcon 9 Atlas Rocket model.
Please see Attachment 7-L to R Delta IV-Falcon 9-Atlas V and Attachment 8-falcon 9 for model rocket image and dimensions. Model shall be constructed of wood and be 1/48th scale from its original size. Model shall be no taller than 7 feet tall.
2.5.2 Truss System: Reference Atlas Rocket Truss System in Attachment 2-AFSPC Conceptual Display. The contractor shall provide one 10’ x 10’ x 10’ outside diameter aluminum truss system for the Atlas Rocket. Truss system shall be patterned to create an X in the center of the display. Truss system shall have a brushed aluminum finish. Truss system shall be easy to set up and break down by 1-2 people with minimum tools required and shall be able to withstand winds up to 20 mph without tipping.
2.5.3 Storage/Shipping Container: Contractor shall provide a commercial quality storage/ shipping container that allows all parts and pieces for the Atlas Rocket and truss system to be stored in. The shipping/storage container outside diameter shall be no bigger than 87”L x 48”W x 83.5”H. The shipping container shall be built in a manner that will eliminate movement of the parts and pieces for the Delta or Atlas Rocket and truss system that are stored inside the container.
