3. Does your firm currently employ (not sub-contracted) a professionally registered architect (A.I.A. or R.A.) who is currently licensed to practice within one of the 50 United States? Yes or No

4. Does your firm currently employ (not sub-contracted) a professionally registered engineer (P.E.) who is currently licensed to practice within one of the 50 United States? Yes or No

5. Has your firm performed in-house work as a prime contractor in the past 5 years, specialized work as described in Air Force Instruction 32-7062, Comprehensive Planning? Yes or No

6. Has your firm performed in-house work as a prime contractor in the past 5 years, specialized work as described in Title 32, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 989 (32 CFR Part 989), Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP)? Yes or No

7. Has your firm performed in-house work as a prime contractor in the past 5 years, specialized work described as Title 1 Services? Yes or No

NOTE: Title I Services are architectural and engineering services for project design including site investigations, studies, interior design, plans, specifications, and technical calculations.

8. Has your firm performed in-house work as a prime contractor in the past 5 years, specialized work as described in Air Force Instruction 32-1023, Designing and Constructing Military Construction Projects, Paragraph 1.5.1.3, Planning Charrette Reports (Level 1 and level 2), or similar Air Force user requirements document?
