About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a three-day marriage enrichment retreat for airmen and their spouses, to be held on June 7-9, 2024. The event aims to provide a "romantic honeymoon-like setting" to strengthen the marital bond of participating couples.

The SOW outlines the requirements for the event, including the proposed location within a 20-30 mile radius of West Point, NY, overnight lodging for 15 couples, and a large meeting room for the duration of the event. Specific requirements are provided for the meeting room setup, catering, and amenities. The SOW also references a related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation F9D0AW06082024, which is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a small business set-aside. The RFQ requires pricing for the three-day retreat and will be awarded to the lowest-priced, responsible offeror whose quote meets the stated requirements.
