| In this section, the contractor shall clearly and succinctly document the capability to perform each of the factors. | |

| 1. The contractor shall not disregard or otherwise discount the value of any factor in relation to other factors. | |
| 2. The contractor should vertically expand the block directly underneath each factor to accommodate a response of reasonable length. | |
| 3. The contractor shall indicate by X if the Prime or Subcontractor possesses the capability for each factor. | |
| 4. Non-response to any factor is considered self-stated lack of capability. | |
| 5. After completing this section (Section Five), the contractor may also provide a 4-8 page capabilities document as noted in the Sources Sought Synopsis. |

5.3.10 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide support to load, configure, maintain, test, troubleshoot and remediate VTC suites and desktop VTC's as detailed in Section 5.3.2?
5.3.11 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide VTC, DVTC, and multimedia audiovisual user support and instruction as detailed in Section 5.3.4?
5.3.12 Has the contractor worked other projects that required maintaining 100% accountability of IT assets IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 17-1203? Para 5.4.1.
5.3.13 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide support with IT asset turn-in preparation to the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) as detailed in Section 5.4.3?
5.3.14 Has the contractor worked other projects that required shipping/receiving assets through commercial and/or military channels to include verification of Bills of Lading? Para 5.4.4.
5.3.15 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide program management support of overall contract operations IAW contract/PWS detailed in Section 5.5.1 and 5.5.2?
5.3.16 Does the contractor possess the capability to procure Government requested hardware for remedial maintenance through commercial marketplace as detailed in Section 5.5.5?
5.3.17 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide web-based tools designed to track and manage maintenance listing, incident reporting, material acquisition, funds tracking, metrics, labor hour accounting and other data points as detailed in Section 5.6.2?
5.3.18 Does the contractor possess the capability to provide personnel with the required Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level Certification immediately? Para 7.1
