This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for furniture procurement and installation services at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

The contractor shall procure and install new systems furniture, including workstations, executive desks, and chairs in Building 859 (375th Communications Squadron Front Office). The contractor must submit a detailed schedule with the bid package identifying key milestones: approval of final finish selections, product ordering, manufacturing period, shipping, installation, and completion. The contractor is responsible for teardown and disposal of 23 existing systems furniture workstations, 2 executive desks, and 40 chairs, along with all cardboard and shipping materials. Daily site cleaning is required, with complete debris removal and floor cleaning upon project completion. Work shall occur during normal business hours (0730-1630), Monday through Friday, with any schedule modifications requiring Contracting Officer approval. Workstations do not require building power connections; the government will coordinate separate installation of unclassified communications network cabling. The contractor maintains full responsibility for any damage occurring during performance and must maintain workstation condition identical to pre-installation state. Payment will be made in one lump sum, in arrears, via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), with no advance or progress payments permitted. All contractor and subcontractor personnel must complete LEADS background checks via Scott AFB Form 21, obtain necessary base passes, comply with AT Level I training within 30 days of access, and adhere to all installation security requirements and force protection procedures.
