About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation FA850125Q0029, related to a Temporary Bathhouse for the Heritage Club Pool at an Air Force facility. The Q&A addresses key operational details, including service requirements and utility connections. Specifically, the trailer will require weekly servicing, and the base's Civil Engineering (CE) team will handle sewer system hookup. The contractor will not need to manage grey water removal, and the base will provide power and fresh water.
The associated federal contract opportunity seeks a temporary bathhouse to support the Heritage Club Pool during a demolition and rebuild project. The bathhouse must provide a single entry point with four private stalls, each featuring a lockable changing area, toilet, shower, and vanity/sink combination. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center, targeting a temporary facility solution to maintain pool service continuity during construction.
