Amendment 2 – Luggage Carts
A site visit was held and as a result this requirement has a couple of changes.
· Instead of 100 carts the customer would like 200 carts.
· The customer has decided that instead of a perimeter based system being implemented that they would like a coin deposit security system. This system would need to accommodate a quarter (25cent) coin and a 1 euro coin.
· The racks will all need to be compatible with the coin deposit security system.
· The customer would like to keep to a total of 5 racks. Two of the racks need to hold 25 carts and three carts need to have the capacity to hold 50 carts each. If more racks need to be offered please provide offer with proposed amount needed for the quantity of carts.
· The customer will also need to have the ability to get replacement parts to do repairs on their own. A parts list and instructions on how to order will need to be provided in English.
· The site visit revealed that the bags that need to be able to fit on the carts require a slightly longer base. The standard airport luggage cart would not hold the required amount of bags.
*** Please make sure that your offers acknowledge all of the amendments to this solicitation.
