About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Close Circuit Television (CCTV) system at Minot Air Force Base (AFB) in North Dakota. The SOW defines the requirements for a contractor to design, furnish, install, and test a CCTV system for Building 773 Standardization and Evaluation (SFV).
The key requirements include providing a stand-alone CCTV system with fixed and pan-tilt-zoom cameras, network video recorders, and monitors in specific locations to cover the areas identified. All equipment must be new, NDAA-compliant, and directly connected to the network without wireless capability. The contractor must obtain base access, follow security requirements, and comply with environmental regulations. Quality assurance and control programs are required, and the government will inspect and evaluate the contractor's performance.
