About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) seeking industry input on Cloud DevSecOps Support Services for the F-35 Lightning II Air System. The RFI targets Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS code 541511) and aims to gather capabilities information from potential contractors, with foreign contractor participation prohibited. Interested firms must submit a 20-page capabilities package by 5:00 PM EST on 29 July 2025, including company details, experience providing similar services, current federal contract information, and feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement.

The solicitation is a multi-national program involving the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, seven international partners, and twelve Foreign Military Sales countries. The acquisition strategy has not been finalized, with market research to determine whether the requirement will be a full and open or small business set-aside competition. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and while response is optional, the government places significant value on the information received to help define future requirements. The RFI emphasizes that submission does not guarantee a government contract and respondents will have no competitive advantage in potential future procurements.
