We are currently responding to the Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB) Request for Qualification (RFQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Solicitation Number F2W3D27311AW01. Malmstrom AFB is requesting that clients of entities responding to the solicitation participate in the evaluation process. We have included our project for you company/agency as a past performance reference. An Architect/Engineer Past Performance Questionnaire is enclosed. Please complete the enclosed evaluation and return the signed, completed document to:
