Product Description Remote Video Games Kit
DAF Libraries need a Video Game collection development point system that allows DAF Libraries Remote and Isolated Kits to meet monthly video game needs.
1. Must be able to provide materials - video games.
2. The vendor must offer video game plans providing selection collection of new release or high demand titles.
3. The vendor must provide reliable monthly selection lists ensuring that selections will be new release or high demand titles. The customer also desires the ability to select older titles re-released in video game titles that may not be on the selection lists. Following formats: Xbox & 1, Playstation 4/5, and Nintendo Switch.
4. Each remote and isolated kit should be 1 box and shipped to requested locations and consist of 6 Video Game titles, selected from current popular titles. Will ship to: 20 sites, 12 monthly shipments of various video games per kit.
5. Must be able to provide material of new releases, current best sellers as well as a back catalog of older video games.
6. All 20 kits will have the same 6 video games each month.
7. NO Duplication of titles in the kits from previous months shipments
8. Requires access to the vendor's pre-publication lists with advance notice of new releases, and access to information about other titles available.
9. Firm-Fixed Price Order.
10. Shall provide a multi-tier web-based system for review and selection. The system shall offer access to information about publications such as reviews, selection lists, release dates, publisher's list prices, video game covers, descriptions, etc. VCL shall have their own unique logins to select items, build carts, and submit selections to the Contractor, or notifications to the ordering officer, who will then submit the selections to the Contractor.
11. Selections shall be allowed at minimum once a month.
12. Must ship physical copies of the video games
13. Must provide a pre-release list to plan upcoming months boxes.
14. Must be a pre-established, commercially available site. DAFL is NOT looking for a custom site.
15. Must provide DAF libraries unique logins to select items, build carts, and submit selections.
16. Site must be accessible from DoD networks
17. Must provide a suggested monthly order shipment list to VCL.
18. Items received in error or in unacceptable condition shall be replaced and shipped to the customer at no additional cost. Return of such items shall not be required.
19. The vendor shall ship items in complete set of 6 games per 20 locations on a monthly basis. Kits must be packaged and labeled separately for each location.
20. Shipping shall be via U.S. Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx Ground, or similar to APO addresses, either New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. No international shipping is required.
21. No technical or physical processing is required.
22. The vendor shall ship items in complete kits on a monthly basis. Kits must be packaged and labeled separately for each location.
23. Must be able to dedicate customer service representative to resolve all service issues.
24. Must be able to provide material of new releases, current best sellers as well as a back catalog of older material.
25. Solicitation must include temporary login information in order to test website/see available inventory.
26. Must be able to dedicate customer service representative to resolve all service issues.
27. VCL requires Best Value when evaluating vendors not lowest cost.
28. DAF Libraries must be able to test the website to evaluate if it meets requirements. Must provide a username and password to see available video games/inventory.
