Factor 1: Technical Capability

Subfactor 1: tRAINING REQUIREMENTs

Provide the required training for 32 Emergency Medical Technicians.

Start the class on 03 June 2013 and complete no later than 30 September 2013. Course length shall not exceed 120 days.

Provide for real world “ride along” in emergency medical service vehicle for 100% of students.

Training facility located within 100 miles of a Level 1 Trauma Center.

SUBFACTOR 2: ACCREDITATION

Provide training required to certify EMTs to the Paramedic Level IAW established standards set by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Paramedic certification guidelines and the National EMS Education Standards and Paramedic Instructional Guidelines. Provide certificates of completion upon successful completion of training
