SUBJECT: REMOVE/REPLACE CUSTOME WINDOWS
The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all items listed below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required items. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
**This is a new requirement. There is not an incumbent.**
The Government requires the need to perform removal of (32) existing broken window and window frames, and replacement of new (32) windows and window frames at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. (16) Windows facing the Southwest side of the building and (16) windows facing the Northwest side of the building on the 4th floor. The Government is seeking the work to be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the contractor shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown in the Statement of Work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards, and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation. All services rendered shall be conducted by industry subject matter experts and/or technicians.
Please see the attached DRAFT SOW for further details on the requirement.
Please answer the following questions to assist the Government in developing the solicitation of this requirement. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
