STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Steris Dental Equipment Annual Inspection and Maintenance
66TH MEDICAL SQUADRON
General
This Contract will provide Annual Inspection and Maintenance for the Steris Dental Equipment ; Amsco
400 Sterilizer and Synergy 480V Washer, for the 66th Medical Squadron at Hanscom Air Force base to comply with The Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation standards required for sterilization equipment.
Scope
1. Company will provide comprehensive service to include all parts and labor to perform:
a. Four (4) scheduled annual inspections and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended preventive maintenance plan; STERIS current Preventive Maintenance Check List
(“PMCL”).
b. Unscheduled repair visits, provided that parts required during unscheduled repair visits are not subject to the parts exclusions.
2. Company will provide priority technical support coverage in addition to Remote Monitoring if the covered equipment is capable and enabled with the technology.
3. Company will notify the Clinic before any services are performed on Amsco 400 Sterilizer and Synergy
480V Washer.

4. Company will provide calibration documentation for repairs, preventative maintenance, and calibrations to the Biomedical Equipment Repair Shop within 15 days of services performed.
5. Company will provide a recall alert monitoring and notification service for STERIS equipment.
6. Company will provide the following response times for unscheduled service calls placed through the company’s Call Center:
a. Initial phone contact from Company field service representative within four (4) hours
b. On‐site service technician support within 48 hours.
7. Normal Working Hours – The Services for surgical equipment will be performed Monday through
Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., local time, excluding federal holidays (“Normal Working Hours”). The
Services for infection prevention equipment will be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to
4:30 P.M., local time, excluding federal holidays (“Normal Working Hours”).
Period of Performance
Service will be for a base period plus four (4), twelve (12) month, option periods.
