The specification document outlines ten sections of equipment and services, including barricades, traffic cones, stop/slow flagger paddles, flags, pavement markers, reflectors, delineators, miscellaneous safety items, speed humps, and rental signage. All equipment must comply with current FHWA, MUTCD, NCHRP 350, and applicable federal, DOT, and State of Texas requirements. Quantities listed are estimates, and Tarrant County reserves the right to adjust quantities to meet actual needs without price adjustments.

Bidders must submit pricing on all items within each section they propose to bid on, with options to provide list prices and percent discounts for items not otherwise listed. The rental section requires daily, weekly, and monthly rates for specified signage types, along with delivery and setup charges. Awarded vendors must deliver and install signage, conduct daily inspections, maintain project sites, and report inspection results to the Tarrant County project manager. Rental periods are defined as twenty-four hours for a day, seven days for a week, and thirty days for a month. The document contains no information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract term and renewal options.
