About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the calibration and maintenance of the Real Time Traction Tool (RT3) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

The PWS outlines the requirements for the annual calibration and maintenance of the RT3 equipment, which is government property. The calibration and maintenance must be completed between August 1 and October 15 each year by the contractor, Halliday Technologies, Inc. The work includes thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, testing the load cell, checking tire conditions, greasing fittings, updating parts, and confirming data flow. During the year, if the RT3 is damaged, Halliday will work remotely with the 3 OSS to repair the unit. The performance period for this contract is up to 1095 days. The contractor must adhere to installation security policies, work within normal duty hours, and keep the work area clean and safe.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for the calibration and maintenance of two RT3 Friction Test products from Halliday Technologies. The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is the federal agency involved, and the solicitation number is F1W1G24177AW01.
