Q&A: Request for Information (RFI) Deployable Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Speed Camera

1. The Notice mentions that the camera should have similar salient characteristics. Would your office consider proposals that include a different brand of camera and off-grid solar kit? No

2. Are there specific requirements for the mounting of the deployed enclosure? No

3. Will there be a need for any onsite labor during the implementation? Depends on your quote

4. Does the ANPR system need to be integrated with any existing software or third-party systems? No

5. Given that the Notice ID was recently published, and the deadline is September 9, 2024, could we request an extension? This would allow us to coordinate with our vendors for additional information and ensure we provide you with the most accurate and comprehensive details. No

6. Considering the tight timeline, is there an incumbent already supporting this requirement, or is this part of the FY 2024 budget? This question is not IRT technical specifications.
