About this file
This document is a set of instructions for vendors seeking approval to provide internet services at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California. According to AFLCMC/XP-OZI, Spectrum is the only currently approved Commercial Internet Service Provider (CISP) vendor operating at Edwards AFB. Any company seeking to become an approved vendor must secure a Government sponsor and complete the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Authority to Operate (ATO) process. The detailed procedures for the ATO process are available through the referenced link: https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/20342/CISP. This document serves as guidance rather than a formal solicitation and does not contain pricing information, response deadlines, or specific technical requirements.
