PART 2: SUBMITTALS
2.1 SCHEDULE OF VALUES:
A. Within fifteen days after the signing of the
Agreement, submit to the CO two (2) copies of a schedule of values of the various portions of the
Work, including quantities aggregating the total
Contract Price, and supported by such data to substantiate its correctness as CO may require. Each item in the schedule of values shall include its proper share of overhead and profit. This schedule, when accepted by the CO, shall only be used as a basis for Contractor's Periodic Estimate. No payments will be made to Contractor until such
Schedule has been submitted and accepted by the CO.
B. Within 15 days after the signing of the Agreement, submit to the CO two (2) copies of a Cashflow
Schedule including estimated monthly payment schedule for the Project.
C. On "unit price" items, the schedule of values shall contain unit prices for various stages of work, such as restoration of surfaces broken down into paved, unpaved, and other types of areas to be restored.
D. On "per each" or "lump sum" items, break prices down sufficiently to provide a convenient and realistic means for determining the amount of work done during various stages of progress.
E. Where prices are not broken down sufficiently to accurately determine the value of Work completed, the
CO will estimate the value of the Work completed and will deduct some amount so as to arrive at a conservative value, which will allow the Government to easily complete the Work with the unpaid balance.
When the required detail in the Schedule of Values is not provided by the Contractor, the Contractor agrees to accept the CO's determinations.
