About this file

This non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation seeks renewal of an annual maintenance agreement for PerkinElmer Operetta and Opera Phenix laboratory instruments. The National Institute on Drug Abuse intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without full and open competition to PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc. for comprehensive maintenance, calibration, and repair services. The agreement would cover five instruments located at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences in Rockville, Maryland. Responses are requested by February 15, 2021 and shall include the respondent's DUNS, TIN, and small business certification to be considered. However, only PerkinElmer or authorized providers demonstrating access to PerkinElmer parts and factory-trained engineers will be considered for this sole-source, non-competitive requirement.
