The contract seeks a food service provider for a single facility at North Country Hospital, with a requirement to serve up to 16 meals per mealtime across regular, modified, and double portion diet categories. The pricing schedule requires bidders to complete yellow-highlighted cells for meal and emergency food supply pricing, with options to provide pricing for different diet types and meal configurations.

The document outlines specific nutritional requirements for meal services, including calorie ranges (2200-3200 calories), fat content limitations (35-40%), fiber intake (20-25 grams), and sodium levels (3000-4500 mg per day). Dietary variety is emphasized, particularly for vegetarian and vegan options, which must not repeat entree types within a three-day period. The pricing structure includes costs for regular, modified, and double portion diets, with separate pricing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three daily snacks.
