Respondents must demonstrate experience in engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and testing explosive items like F-16 Initiators. The synopsis lists 10 specific initiator part numbers with corresponding National Stock Numbers. Importantly, Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials currently holds the capability and drawings for these items, and the US Government does not own or have rights to the manufacturing data. Interested offerors must respond by 21 May 2025, with no reimbursement provided for response costs, and should direct questions to Roger Mott at roger.mott@us.af.mil.
