About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis for the procurement of F-16 Aircraft Emergency Canopy Release Lines (ECRL) for the U.S. Air Force. The government is seeking information from potential sources, including small businesses, that can demonstrate the capability to manufacture the ECRLs identified by various National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and part numbers. The purpose is to determine an appropriate acquisition strategy, which could include a full and open or small business set-aside competition. Interested parties are asked to provide information on their relevant experience, company profile, and proposed approach, as well as respond to market survey questions. The government does not have the technical data to support a second source qualification effort and is interested in hearing from companies that can access the required data. Responses to this Sources Sought are due by 3:00 PM MDT on September 9, 2024.
