About this file

This document is a request for information regarding F-16 maintenance, pilot, and engineering training services for foreign military sales customers. The Air Force is seeking capability statements from contractors describing their experience providing similar flight, logistics, or military aircraft maintenance training programs. Responses are requested by June 15, 2020 to be considered for a potential future solicitation. Services will include developing and delivering F-16 instructor courseware and student materials in English based on each country's aircraft configuration and disclosure approvals. Training is to establish the skills to independently operate and maintain aircraft, and is typically at the organizational and intermediate maintenance levels. Pilot training includes academics, simulator instruction, and teaching functional capabilities. Contractors must demonstrate qualifications to obtain necessary technical orders and recommend pricing, contract type, quality assurance, and other best practices. The Air Force will evaluate past performance on military or large commercial aircraft training programs involving security assistance.
