About this file

This is a Single Source Purchase Description (Form PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Health (DOH) for Clear Labs molecular testing equipment and supplies. The DOH Bureau of Public Health Laboratories (BPHL) seeks to purchase two Clear Dx™ Instrument Systems, including software, reagents, and maintenance services for laboratories in Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville. The term is for three years, with a posting date of December 6, 2024, and a last day for receipt of information of December 30, 2024.

The estimated cost for this single-source purchase is $2,992,704.00. Clear Labs, Inc. is identified as the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Clear Dx™ Instrument system in the United States.
