About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) published by the Florida Department of Health (FDOH), Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, Bureau of Communicable Diseases, Tuberculosis Control Section. The FDOH is seeking to purchase Sirturo (Bedaquline) 100 MG tablets 188/BT, a medication used to treat specific multi-drug resistant strains of tuberculosis, from Cardinal Health dba Metro Medical as a single source. The estimated dollar amount for this purchase is $136,000.00, and the contract term is 1 year. The posting period for this opportunity will remain active for at least 15 business days, with the last day for receipt of information being August 08, 2024.
