About this file
This document contains a checklist for reviewing third-party submissions of Design Intent Drawings (DIDs) for a federal lease solicitation. The DIDs will be used for tenant buildout under Solicitation Number 0NE2044 issued by the General Services Administration to lease approximately 12,000 square feet of office space in Omaha, Nebraska. The checklist specifies the drawing elements that must be included in the DID submission such as site plans, demolition plans, construction plans, finishes plans, and schedules for doors, hardware and other items. Reviewers will use the checklist to ensure DIDs address all required drawing elements and meet the needs of the tenant agency before acceptance.
