About this file
This document is an Exhibit J - FSL II Security Unit Price List Template related to a federal contract opportunity. It provides a template for the lessor to quote unit prices on all security countermeasures identified in the lease, as reflected in the final Design Intent Drawings (DIDs) and Construction Documents (CDs). The template includes pricing for various security elements such as employee access control, screening requirements, visitor access control, identity verification, key control program, signage, landscaping, parking, security system testing and maintenance, video surveillance, intrusion detection, duress alarm, security system design, window locks, secure air intake grilles, and facility security committee requirements. The template indicates that items marked as "SHELL" or "T.I." are included to align with the full security requirements but should not be priced on this document. The total costs are to be determined after the final design. This template is associated with a solicitation for a Mount Pleasant As-Built Lease in South Carolina, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 7.

The Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) amount under the Lease represents an estimate of the possible countermeasures outlined under the Security Requirements section of the lease. The actual BSAC amount shall be determined after the final design. Using this form, the Lessor shall quote unit prices on all security countermeasures identified in the Lease, as reflected in the final Design Intent Drawings (DIDs) and Construction Documents (CDs). These unit costs shall be subject to further negotiation, prior to issuance of a 'Notice To Proceed' for the security improvements. Refer to 'Security Standards' attachment to the Lease for additional details. Input 'Unit Price' and 'Quantity' figures for BSAC items (light blue) and the total will automatically be calculated for that row. Items designated as 'SHELL' or 'T.I.' are included on this form to align with the full requirements of the 'Security Standards' attachment, but should not be priced on this document. SHELL and T.I. costs should be included on a 'TICS' form if one has been provided by the Government.
