About this file

This is an Agency Agreement form template that authorizes a property manager or agent to act on behalf of a property owner when signing a lease with the government. The form requires the property owner to certify that their designated agent has legal authority to sign the lease, bind the owner to its terms, collect monies, handle maintenance matters, and manage all other lease-related obligations. This document is Exhibit J referenced in the larger solicitation package for leasing retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center in Port Angeles, WA.

The form requires the owner's name, property address, agent's name, owner's signature, printed name, and title. It serves as official documentation validating the agent's authority to represent the owner in all matters pertaining to the government lease agreement.
