About this file

This document is a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the lease of approximately 4,316 gross square feet of retail space in Nampa, Idaho for an Armed Forces Career Center (Military Recruiting Office). The Government seeks a full-service lease for a 5-year term with termination rights, and the space must meet specific requirements regarding location, parking, accessibility, security, and other factors. Interested respondents must submit their offers electronically by June 30, 2024, and the Government will select a location based on the lowest overall cost and technical requirements. The selected offeror must complete and submit several forms, including a Rental Proposal Worksheet, Construction Specifications Bid Proposal Worksheet (if a new build-out is required), SAM Representations and Certifications, and Lessor's Annual Cost Statement. The Government will conduct a market survey, appraisal, or value estimate to determine fair market rental value. Funds may or may not be presently available, and the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
