About this file

Exhibit B - Scope of Work and Requirements (IFB-CSX-25-611) is a detailed project specification document from the City of Westminster, Colorado, outlining the design and construction requirements for a mobile bar facility utilizing a 20' High Cube shipping container. The project involves comprehensive design, modification, and outfitting of the container, including structural modifications, interior and exterior finishes, bar equipment installation, utilities systems, and compliance with local health, building, and ADA regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing complete construction drawings, 3D renderings, material samples, and color schemes for city approval, as well as implementing a full-featured bar environment with specific requirements for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, audio/visual systems, and exterior features.

The project emphasizes sustainability, requiring energy-efficient equipment, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and recycled building materials where feasible. The contractor must provide a two-year minimum warranty on equipment, a one-year warranty on structural components, and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. The City of Westminster will provide a 6" reinforced concrete slab, electrical service connection, and potentially a potable water service. The project includes specific technical requirements such as a 200-amp electrical panel, self-contained water and sanitation systems, draft beer infrastructure, refrigeration units, and specialized exterior features like wood siding, awnings, and a lighted sign. The container is designed to be a mobile structure that can potentially be connected to permanent utilities in the future.
