About this file

This is an Offeror Response Questions document (Exhibit B) for RFP AABA 2027-0047 issued by the State of Colorado for Total Compensation Actuarial Services. The document serves as a questionnaire that prospective vendors must complete as part of their proposal submission. The RFP seeks qualified actuarial service providers to deliver comprehensive total compensation analysis and consulting services. The document contains a series of standardized questions designed to evaluate offerors' qualifications, experience, methodology, and approach to providing actuarial services related to employee total compensation matters. Respondents are required to address each question thoroughly to demonstrate their capability and understanding of the scope of work. The specific response deadline, contract term, and award timeline would be detailed in the primary RFP document.

The response questions document establishes evaluation criteria and information requirements that allow the State of Colorado to assess vendor capability, experience with similar engagements, staffing qualifications, and proposed approaches to actuarial analysis. Pricing information, cost proposals, and financial terms would typically be submitted separately or in a designated section of the overall proposal package. The document functions as a standardized tool to ensure all offerors provide comparable information that facilitates fair and consistent evaluation by the state's procurement team. The specific pricing structure, any set-asides, incumbent contractor information, and funding sources would be determined through the full RFP documentation and state budget allocations.
