A 50-amp exterior power outlet for a Mobile Vet Center RV and flagpole displaying American and POW flags are required. The facility requires Sound Transmission Class 45 sound isolation in restrooms, offices, and group rooms, a sound masking system with three-zone controls, and exterior signage including illuminated Vet Center logo. The lessor must conduct a sound acoustic field study, provide VA-approved color board samples, and maintain all surfaces in "like new" condition with repainting every five years and flooring replacement every five years, all at lessor's expense.
