About this file

This document is an Exhibit A - Statement of Work for an ESRI Enterprise Software Maintenance Agreement between the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the Contractor. The agreement provides maintenance renewal support for ESRI software products, authorizes DWR to deploy unlimited quantities of certain software products, and includes user conference registrations. DWR may deploy the specified Enterprise Advanced (EA) products, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS GIS Server, and other extensions, up to the total quantities indicated. The agreement term is from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

The budget details and payment provisions include an annual invoicing structure, a budget contingency clause allowing for agreement termination if funding is not appropriated, and a prompt payment clause. The cost of the EA is based on an estimated number of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise users, which DWR may exceed with prior approval. The agreement also includes provisions for DWR to establish a Tier 1 support center and provide an annual report of installed ESRI products to the Contractor.
