If disapproved, the contractor shall resubmit NLT 15 days after receipt of Government comments. The Government will provide final disposition NLT 15 days after receipt of updated documentation.

Block 14: ECPs shall be delivered in a format that allows the Government to import into Multi-user ECP Automated Review System (MEARS). Electronic delivery of this data item shall be submitted to usarmy.redstone.peo-ms.mbx.pf-pdm@army.mil.

CDRL CONTINUATION SHEET

1.0 Data Item Delivery Instructions

1.1 Data Item Delivery. Delivery of electronic documents shall be accomplished by uploading the required data items and Meta Data into STORM Net, https://mis.msl.army.mil/storm/. If STORM Net is unavailable the contractor shall submit required data items on a CD-ROM and notifying the STORM Data Manager via email (usarmy.redstone.peo-ms.mbx.pf-pdm@army.mil) that the document has been submitted per the contract requirements (CDRL). A data item shall be considered delivered as of the date that the document is received and/or the Transmittal of Delivery (TOD) is signed by the requiring office. Incomplete or incorrect data items shall be corrected by the contractor and resubmitted. The date received of the corrected data item will be recorded as the final date of delivery.

1.2 Alternative Data Item Delivery Methods. When a CDRL data item is due, the contractor shall notify the Government STORM Data Manager via email if there is a delivery problem. A mutually agreed to, or Government selected, alternative method of delivery to satisfy the delivery requirement will be established.

1.2.1 The use of alternative delivery methods IAW the above paragraphs shall not constitute a change to the contract and shall not be the basis of any equitable adjustment.

1.3 Meta Data Requirements. Meta data shall accompany all electronic documents delivered to the Government. The minimum required meta data include: Contract Name, Sequence Number, Contractor Name, Notice of Availability (NOA) Number, NOA Date, Return to Contractor Date, Approval Required, Draft, Document Title, Document Number, Document Revision, and Document Date.

2.0 STORM Net Access. The contractor shall request access to STORM Net through https://accountrequest.msl.army.mil/. The contractor shall have an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) email account, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Certificate and Visit Authorization Request on file with the STORM Security Office.

3.0 Classified Data. The contractor shall deliver classified data IAW DoD 5220.22-M on Compact Disk to:
