About this file

This document is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 59-2025 issued by the Seminole Tribe of Florida for Commercial Architectural & Engineering Services to be utilized tribal-wide. The RFQ seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional services across multiple service categories, including planning and programming, design, and construction administration. These services encompass a wide range of technical disciplines such as architectural design, interior and landscape design, code compliance, MEP systems, technology integration, environmental testing, civil engineering, structural engineering, permitting, and construction management. Respondents are invited to apply for qualifications in one or more service categories, with preference given to firms with project experience involving design and construction contract values of $20 million or more.

The RFQ requires extensive documentation from potential vendors, including detailed exhibits covering vendor information, project references, proposed rates, insurance requirements, and licensing credentials. Respondents must demonstrate expertise through project portfolios, professional certifications, and proven capabilities in specific service areas. The solicitation emphasizes the importance of understanding the Seminole Tribe's culture, working effectively in both urban and rural environments, and maintaining a collaborative project approach. While specific contract duration and funding details are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the RFQ suggests a long-term, potentially multi-year engagement for architectural and engineering services supporting the Seminole Tribe's infrastructure and development needs.
