About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project for disassembly, removal, and reassembly of cubicles in Building 221, office 163. The service provider will disassemble 12 existing cubicles, carefully label and package all hardware and components, and then later reassemble the materials into 18-24 workspaces. The project involves a comprehensive inventory of furniture walls, desk surfaces, overhead storage, and other office components, with specific quantities listed for each item type.

The project is scheduled to have disassembly completed within 30 days after contract award, followed by a government-managed space refresh (cleaning, stripping, waxing, and painting) taking approximately 30-60 days. The reassembly will then be completed within 30 days after the space refresh. The service provider is responsible for providing necessary tools, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining communication, and addressing any issues promptly. The client will provide site access, specify storage locations, and perform the workspace preparation. The final acceptance criteria include successful disassembly of 12 cubicles and reassembly of 18-24 fully functional workspaces meeting the client's specifications.
