Meeting the Digital Trinity Requirement

AFPEO Weapons intent is to emphasize Digital Trinity throughout portfolio as standard practices

EWAAC is planned to focus on AFPEO Weapons intent while understanding that industry may be new to Digital Engineering, Agile Software, and Open Architecture

Contracts may be awarded to industry partners who can:

satisfy technical requirements in one of the two technical competencies (Weapons or

Enterprise Analytics); AND demonstrate proficiency in all three Digital Trinity components; OR submit a Roadmap as part of the proposal with plans to meet all Digital Trinity components before any Delivery Order can be awarded or a set notional timeline

Digital Engineering and Management – integrated digital approach that uses authoritative sources of systems' data and models

Agile Software – SW development characterized by division of tasks into short phases with frequent reassessment and adaptation

Open System Architecture – supporting a modular, loosely coupled, and highly cohesive system structure with key interfaces

Proposals and Post-Award Conference

Notional – Purely intended to engage with industry and subject to change.

Initial Delivery Order enables potential involvement in future EWAAC contract awards for as much as a 10-year ordering period

Initial price proposals will be a written volume only, consisting of:

Total price NTE $1,000.00 to attend a virtual post-award conference Delivery of roster of personnel attending conference and promise to prepare meeting minutes Formal written technical capability statement NTE 18 pages, and includes:

details of proficiency in the technical focus areas (Area 1 and 2 – slide 3); AND details of Digital Trinity proficiencies; OR a road map with plans to meet all Digital Trinity components (if needed)

No oral presentations will be entertained Post-Award Conference will be virtual

Time-limited with minimal discussion Intent is to establish potential future relationship and educate on Digital Trinity and future of AFPEO Weapon’s goals Contractor to deliver meeting minutes
