About this file
This is a Bid Amendment issued by the Kansas Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Contracts, extending the deadline for an Online Marketplace Services solicitation (Event Number EVT0010883). The amendment extends the original bid closing date from August 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST to September 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The procurement seeks proposals for an online marketplace platform to serve as a cooperative purchasing vehicle for State agencies and eligible participating public entities, including local governments, educational institutions, and other authorized public organizations. The marketplace must facilitate purchases across twelve product categories containing 157 total line items, including Maintenance and Repair Supplies, Office Supplies, Apparel and Uniforms, Automotive and Fleet Supplies, Medical and First Aid Supplies, Information Technology Products, and Office Furniture. Offerors may bid all categories or a subset thereof and must complete every line item within each selected category. Procurement Officer Justin Hubbard manages this solicitation and can be reached at 785-296-6271 or justin.hubbard@ks.gov.
Vendors must submit a signed copy of this amendment with their bid response, and it is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the procurement website regularly for any additional changes or addenda. Pricing must reflect each offeror's catalog or platform price as of a snapshot date no earlier than fourteen calendar days prior to submission, with all applicable discounts applied. The Net Unit Price includes all discounts but excludes applicable taxes, cooperative administrative fees, and separately disclosed subscription or platform membership fees. Target monthly subtotal ranges vary by category, from $1,000–$1,800 for Recreation and Athletic Supplies to $7,000–$10,000 for Information Technology Products. Each category is evaluated independently with no combined grand total, and offerors are compared only against other offerors bidding the same categories. The State and Cooperative reserve the right to conduct post-award price audits throughout the contract term.
