About this file

This is an Evaluation Factors and Award Information attachment for a weekly produce procurement solicitation issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FDC SeaTac) on June 6, 2026.

The Government will award to the responsible quoter providing the best value based on three evaluation factors: Price (fair and reasonable pricing), Past Performance (prior experience, similar contracts, CPARS information), and Technical (specific product brand or manufacturer identification). Some line items may not be awarded. Quoters must submit legible quotes in PDF format to ekramer@bop.gov; quotes received after the deadline will be handled per FAR 52.212-1(c). Pricing must include all shipping and freight charges in the unit price and will be rounded up if it exceeds four decimal places. Quotes will be considered non-responsive if they lack a DUN & Bradstreet Unique Entity ID (UEI), current SAM registration at www.sam.gov, or any other required solicitation information. Additionally, quotes for individual line items will be deemed non-responsive if they deviate from the specified menu specifications, lack legible line-item information, or fail to include shipping/freight charges in unit pricing. FDC SeaTac will not accept product substitutions and requires 100 percent compliance with all menu specifications.
