About this file
This document is an Evaluation Factors and Award Information attachment for a dairy solicitation, dated August 12, 2025. The government will award the contract to the responsible Quoter providing the best value, considering three key evaluation factors: price (ensuring fairness and reasonableness), past performance (including prior experience and CPARS information), and technical specifications (product brand/manufacturer). Quotes must be submitted via email to SET-Contracting-S@bop.gov in PDF format, with specific requirements including a valid DUN & Bradstreet UEI number, current SAM registration, and compliance with menu specifications.
Quotes may be deemed non-responsive for various reasons, such as incomplete information, conditional offers, or failure to include shipping charges in unit pricing. The solicitation has a micro-purchase threshold of $10,000, with quotes below this amount to be passed to the Food Service Department for potential purchase via government purchase card. Vendors must confirm their ability to accept government purchase card payments, and all quotes must precisely meet the specified menu specifications without substitutions. Quotes received after the deadline will be handled according to FAR 52.212-1(f), and the government reserves the right to reject offers that do not meet the specified conditions.
