About this file

This document is an Evaluation Factors and Award Information attachment for a federal solicitation, dated August 12, 2025, issued by FDC SeaTac. The solicitation outlines key evaluation criteria for quotes, including price (ensuring fairness and reasonableness), past performance, and technical factors such as product brand/manufacturer. Quotes must include shipping charges in unit pricing, provide a Unique Entity ID, maintain current SAM registration, and demonstrate ability to accept government purchase card payments. Quotes may be considered non-responsive for various reasons, including changes in item specifications, incomplete information, or conditional offers.

Quotes must be submitted via email to SET-Contracting-S@bop.gov in PDF format by the specified deadline. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards, with winning quotes above the micro-purchase threshold of $10,000. Prices will be rounded to the nearest 1/100 of a cent, and quotes that do not 100 percent meet menu specifications will be deemed non-responsive. The evaluation will determine the quote that provides the best value to the government, considering price, past performance, and technical factors.
