HRT is soliciting qualified firms to supply and deliver parts for its non-revenue support vehicles on an as-needed basis through Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 26-00419. Procurement packages are available exclusively through electronic download via HRT's website at https://gohrt.com/procurements/open-solicitations/ and require prospective offerors to register to access the documents. Printed procurement packages are not provided; however, interested parties may request appointments to view solicitation documents at HRT offices.

Prospective offerors should direct all inquiries regarding the solicitation to Jason Petruska at 757.222.6000, extension 6061, or via email at jpetruska@hrtransit.org. The document does not specify response deadlines, award dates, contract terms, renewal options, pricing structures, or set-aside provisions. Offerors must demonstrate requisite experience and appropriate service offerings to qualify for consideration in providing the requested non-revenue vehicle parts supply and delivery services.
