About this file

This is Addendum 1 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) EUPD91324 from the California State Controller's Office (SCO) for Online and Printed Advertisement Services, dated November 20, 2024. The addendum addresses questions and answers regarding how adjudicated newspapers in listed counties can receive advertising opportunities from the bid winner.

The addendum clarifies that adjudicated newspapers in the listed counties can request to be added to the SCO publication list by contacting the awarded Contractor. The Contractor must negotiate with multiple vendors within those counties and is required to recommend 20 ethnic/minority and 20 non-ethnic/non-minority publications for online and/or print advertisement across the listed counties. While newspapers can request to be added to the list, there is no guarantee of being chosen for publication opportunities. All advertisements must be published in formats (print and/or online) approved by SCO.
