About this file

This document is an Application for Texas Identification Number (AP-152 form) related to a state and local contract opportunity for Border Tent Systems in the state of Texas. The contract opportunity involves Travis County and multiple jurisdictions within the city of Austin. The contract is seeking bids for tent systems to be deployed along the Texas border. The application form collects key payee information such as name, mailing address, taxpayer identification number, and ownership details in order to establish a Texas Identification Number (TIN) for the vendor. The TIN will be required for the vendor to submit maintenance and payment requests to the state agencies involved in this contract opportunity.

The contract opportunity does not provide details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms. The focus of this document is on the administrative requirements for vendors to obtain a Texas Identification Number in order to participate in the Border Tent Systems contract.
