About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers Addendum for Solicitation No. 580-24-RFQ-0017 issued by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for SERVICES TO SURVEY STAKEHOLDERS WITH BRACKISH GROUNDWATER EXPLORATORY PROJECTS. The RFQ is seeking responses from qualified vendors to perform a survey of stakeholders interested in data collaboration with TWDB on an exploratory brackish groundwater project. The RFQ does not automatically disqualify respondents without prior experience working with TWDB or its Brackish Water Program. All responses will be scored based on the criteria and available points detailed in the RFQ document.
The RFQ does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract amounts. The addendum solely addresses a question related to prior experience requirements for respondents.
