About this file
This document is an attachment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas A&M University System ("A&M System") seeking qualified website hosting firms to provide web hosting solutions for its universities and agencies ("Members"). The RFP outlines the required capabilities for website hosting, including authentication integration, web application firewall, monitoring, malware scanning, scalability, and compliance with various industry standards. Respondents must indicate the availability and supporting information for each capability across different hosting categories such as Cascade CMS, WordPress, no-code website builders, and generic managed web hosting. The RFP is intended to establish a master services agreement with one or more firms to meet the web hosting needs of the A&M System Members in Brazos County and College Station City, Texas.
The RFP does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent providers, or funding sources. However, it emphasizes the need for respondents to demonstrate their capabilities across various hosting features and compliance standards to be considered for the master services agreement.
